Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Honolulu, HI)

Greenridge Wilder Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Honolulu, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance requests. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
