Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Glen Banking Services Partners and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
