Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Yarrow Legal Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to court deadlines. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on court deadlines. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
