Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Grand Rapids, MI)

Bright Loom Financial is a financial-services company in Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer onboarding. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
