Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Lumen Glen Facilities Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
