Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Fern Inspection Services and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 705 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
