Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Sparrow Care Services and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
