Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Summit Beacon Markets Partners and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 584 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to shrink and waste. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
