Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Umber Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to collection routes. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on collection routes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
