Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Stonegate Sable Financial serves customers across Fort Worth with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer onboarding. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
