Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Glen Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient education. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient education. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
