Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Redstone Yarrow Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 283 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
