Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Rowan Legal Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to trust accounts. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on trust accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
