Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Fernwood Fox Community Partners is a Fort Worth charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to grant reporting. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
