Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Bright Corner Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
