Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Wren Telecom Partners builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Fort Worth area, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
