Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Nest Property Management looks after rental homes across the El Paso area. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to unit turnovers. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
