Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Meadow Community Partners and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
