Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Detroit, MI)

Bluepeak Mill Hospitality Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to group events. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
