Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Detroit, MI)

Cedar Ashton Legal Group provides legal services in Detroit across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to court deadlines. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
