Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Des Moines, IA)

Cedar Forge Health Partners runs clinics and patient services around Des Moines, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to electronic records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on electronic records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
