Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Des Moines, IA)

Bluepeak Banking Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to branch operations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
