Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Des Moines, IA)

Redstone Oak Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Des Moines, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account openings. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on account openings. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
