Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Columbus, OH)

Amberfield Union Health is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient education. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
