Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Lumen Cedar Legal Group is a law firm in Colorado Springs serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 504 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to intake forms. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on intake forms. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
