Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Cleveland, OH)

Rivermark Timber Learning Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
