Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Ashton Facilities and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to cleaning schedules. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
