Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Cleveland, OH)

Harborlight West Inspection Services is an inspection company in Cleveland with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to certifications. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
