Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Cleveland, OH)

Summit Thistle Learning Group is an education provider in Cleveland serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
