Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Cleveland, OH)

Nova Harbor Telecom is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to network equipment. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
