Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

Rivermark Juniper Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Cincinnati. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
