Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Boston, MA)

Amberfield Birch Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Boston, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boston. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tracking. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
