Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Boston, MA)

Fernwood Union Hospitality is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
