Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Boise, ID)

Summit Cedar Facilities Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 900 people based in Boise. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supply orders. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supply orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
