Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Boise, ID)

Stonegate Lakeside Telecom is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tickets. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
