Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Boise, ID)

Cedar Iron Early Learning is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
