Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Boise, ID)

Greenridge Ashton Facilities Group looks after properties across the Boise region, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Boise. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
