Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Boise, ID)

Rivermark Rowan Facilities is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to cleaning schedules. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised.
