Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Boise, ID)

Greenridge Ashton Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Boise with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
