Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Boise, ID)

Stonegate Wilder Learning Group is an education provider in Boise serving students and families, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people based in Boise. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
