Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Birch Legal Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to court deadlines. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on court deadlines. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
