Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Austin, TX)

Bluepeak Yarrow Legal Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client files. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
