Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Works and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance requests. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
