Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Austin, TX)

Stonegate Basin Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Austin. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field inspections. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on field inspections. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
