Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Fern Facilities is a facilities company in Atlanta with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to work orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
