Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Environmental Services and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
