Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Anchorage, AK)

Nova Hollow Telecom is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
