Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Albuquerque, NM)

Harborlight Ashton Health Group is a healthcare provider in Albuquerque with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient education. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient education. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
