Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Albuquerque, NM)

Ironwood Hollow Health is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient scheduling. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
