Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Wichita, KS)

Clearpath Forge Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Wichita area, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
